We aim to provide the best service and transparency for all our customers. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (647) 250-3730 with clear photos within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

• If you wish to return or exchange a jersey after delivery for any other reason, a $15 reprocessing fee (per jersey) plus return shipping costs will apply.

Refunds & Cancellations

• If you ordered by mistake or wish to cancel, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a full refund.

• Cancellations or refund requests made after 24 hours will incur a $15 restocking fee (per jersey) plus a $5 shipping fee. This is because each order is reserved and processed promptly.

• We encourage customers to review their order and read all important information before purchasing.

Order Changes

• You may request changes to your order within 24 hours at no additional cost by emailing us at Jerseyfusion10@gmail.com.

• Changes requested after 24 hours will be subject to a $15 reprocessing fee (per jersey).

• If you contact us within 24 hours but we respond after that period, we will still honor the free change policy.

Incorrect Address Policy
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $15 reprocessing fee (per jersey) and a $5 reshipping fee will apply.
